Yes, Lilith does dress like that, even in Siberia. The cold doesn't affect her and clothes make her feel constricted. She never ate from the tree of knowledge so she has no shame and would rather go bare. But society says otherwise so she wears as little as possible, especially when she's sitting on someone's lap.

She also looked good with batwings but I preferred the cloak. That site is fun anyway
